This goose egg was the first in my
"Trapped" series (I didn't know it was
going to be a series) and is my favorite,
probably because it was a huge task
technically and took so long to do. One
curved line that was supposed to be
straight was all it would have taken for me
to throw it to the floor. The original title
was "Pariah" and I still refer to it that
way. When I first started expressing myself
through carved eggs, many people told me
that it would never fly. So, I began to feel
like the little circle at the bottom edge of
this egg, surrounded by squares. Sure, I'm
a little strange to begin with, but that alone
never made me feel all that different. My
eldest daughter has this egg... as a painter
I guess she could identify.
Price: $499.00 USD plus shipping and
insurance. Glass dome, wood base and
stand included.
