As I said earlier in regards to The Eggshell Sculptor...
...It's the only written resource on the planet (or maybe even
the Universe) about carving eggs. There are no books, there
are no other magazines or newsletters besides mine. Many,
many subscribers have learned to carve only by putting into
practice the instructions they get in TES. If you've looked at
the previous three pages, you know what's been in each of
the issues over the past eight years, and you know the cost
from the information at the top of the first page. Because of
production and mailing costs, it's more practical to order
back issues by CD. Further, the CD version offers a lot of

Most carvers, when they finally locate me and find out about The Eggshell Sculptor magazine,
consider it the equivalent of wandering around the desert for days and days without water and finally
stumbling upon an oasis with all the water they could ever need. These people invest in the Cd of all
53 back issues (9 years) for only $231.00. At 850 pages, that's less than 3 cents per page for the
equivalent of at least five or six books and the best, most valuable deal you can find anywhere for so
much information. By the way, that price would save those of you in the US $166.50 versus the cost
of buying printed back issues. Those of you in Canada and Mexico would save $219.50. And those of
you who live overseas would save an astounding $325.50!
If your needs aren't that high or if your budget is too low, you can order a minimum of any six
back issues on CD for only $31.98 plus postage. Get as many issues as you want that way at only
$5.33 per issue. Thus, two years worth of issues would be only $64.00 plus postage. Even that would
save you folks overseas more than $65.00!
- Far less storage space (click on the picture above and compare one CD to only six yeas of
printed back issues.) - You can either print out the copies from your own computer or you can read them right on your
computer screen. You can print out just some pages or all. - My commercial printer uses a resolution of 600 dpi (dots per square inch) with my printed
publication, however, on your computer screen, you can zoom way in on the photos and see
crystal clear details. - On the CD, if an issue includes plans and patterns, these plans and patterns are included in a
separate file which you can print out at whatever size your egg requires. - As mentioned above, the CD version costs considerably less than the printed version.
- For all six issues from 2005 and 2006, I've also included every picture in color and even
included some photos that never appeared in the printed copies of TES.
